Friendly match against an aggressive and hard hitting Washington University Rugby squad on a windy cold day at Forest Park. The wind was having both teams adjust their strategies during the match. Washington University Rugby made a great attempt at a try through multiple phases right before halftime, but a stalwart Hornets defense was able to keep Washington University from crossing into the tryzone. Despite the windy conditions sure-footed Brandon “Juice” Voges converted multiple tries.

Friendly match on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in Forest Park. The Hornets led at halftime 10 to 0, but a renewed Bomber squad emerged the second half with fresh legs to take the game at the final score of Bombers 38 - Hornets 24.
Rowdies Rugby Football Club vs Hornets

The cup match against the Rowdies was a well earned win. One sub, played with 14 men the majority of the second half due to a weak yellow card and an injury. Left everything on the field as we walked off with a 29-15 final. The boys also played in in remembrance of a lost brother. One of our members played for a club in Argentina who had a member pass on the pitch this past week.
