Recap

The momentum continued from Old Boys weekend and the Hornets came out on all cylinders. With a complete back line and strong pack, the Hornets were able to post a season high in points and defeat the always tough Rowdies 43 - 19.

The back line was able to capitalize early with a few huge runs by the “Saak Attack” - Kevin Saak (12) and Brian Saak (13) , resulting in two trys by Brian, including a beautiful 60 meter try down the side line.The rest of team followed suit with scores by Brandon “Juice” Voges (15), Tom “PA” Potteiger (5), Brett “Wheels” Martinson (7), Aaron “PT” Lamper (9) and Brad “the friendly ghost” Kasper (14).

The Hornets were also able to convert 4 kicks - 3 by Juice and 1 by Paddy Dalton.
